1 Carbon brick wide seam method: Fill and compact the gap of about 50mm between carbon bricks with self baking carbon material by cold tamping, and then lay a layer of about 10cm cold tamping paste;
II Charcoal bricks are seamless: there are no gaps between the charcoal bricks. During masonry, use a jack to tightly bond each piece of charcoal brick together, and then lay 10 layers of 2cm. The commonly used method is left and right cold ramming paste;

III The overall crushing method, due to the lack of cold crushing technology like carbon bricks during high-pressure compaction and vacuum baking, has much lower performance than pre baked carbon bricks and a short service life, generally not exceeding one year. However, this method has low cost and short construction period. After years of production practice, the author compared the differences between these three methods and invented a new method. On the basis of the seamless method of natural wood charcoal bricks, the charcoal bricks are reprocessed into ring grooves and concave structures, cleverly utilizing the characteristics of self baking charcoal materials. The charcoal bricks are connected in the same layer, blocking the gaps between the infiltration of molten iron and horizontal infiltration, and connecting the charcoal bricks of the entire furnace lining as a whole, making the furnace lining have the excellent performance of charcoal bricks and the integrity of the third overall crushing method. The main problems of short service life, frequent accidents, and early scrapping of the thermal furnace lining are difficult.
