Safety and Longevity Bottom Blowing Mixing Technology
The electric arc furnace steelmaking safety and longevity bottom blowing technology developed by Beijing University of Science and Technology strengthens the stirring of the electric arc furnace melt pool, significantly reduces the oxygen consumption per ton of steel, steel material consumption, smelting endpoint carbon oxygen accumulation, and final slag iron oxide content, further improves the dephosphorization efficiency, and significantly improves the quality of the smelting endpoint steel liquid.
. At present, this technology has been applied in more than 20 electric arc furnaces at home and abroad, with a bottom blowing component life of over 800 furnaces, achieving synchronous bottom blowing life and furnace age of electric arc furnaces.
Composite blowing technology
With the goals of * *, low consumption, energy saving, and * * production, Beijing University of Science and Technology has proposed and developed a new generation of electric arc furnace smelting technology, "Electric arc furnace steelmaking composite blowing technology". With bundle oxygen supply, synchronous long-life bottom blowing stirring and other technologies as the core, it realizes the operation integration of electric arc furnace steelmaking power supply, oxygen supply, and bottom blowing units, and meets the technical requirements of electric arc furnace steelmaking composite blowing under multiple furnace material conditions.
. At present, the overall and unit technologies of the project have been applied in over a hundred domestic furnace factories and exported to countries such as Italy, Russia, South Korea, and Iran. After the application of 50-150t electric arc furnaces in enterprises such as Tianjin Steel Pipe, Laiwu Steel, and Hengyang Steel Pipe, the smelting power consumption decreased by 13kWh/t, the steel material consumption decreased by 15.5kg/t, and various technical and economic indicators improved significantly. These technological advancements not only improve the efficiency and quality of electric arc furnace steelmaking, but also help reduce production costs and environmental impact, demonstrating the development momentum of electric arc furnace steelmaking technology in the direction of modernization and intelligence.
